Ink Calendar

By James Cleary, 2015-09-11

Ink calendar is a genius idea by London-based artist Oscar Diaz.

The idea is that ink is soaked into the numbers as the day passes by, until the whole month is complete. The numbers are made from paper and laid out in sequence with just the right volume to absorb the dye, day by day.  This was completed as part of London Design Festival in 2007. Sadly not an item you can purchase but still a great concept.
